# Apartment reconstruction — source and model notes

This is a review model traced from the supplied `1E4B72BE-2F3A-4763-952F-4B963CF9FACB.jpg`. It preserves the stepped perimeter, two balcony strips, internal circulation, openings and visible fixed elements. It is not an exact measured survey or a construction drawing.

Open `apartment-3d.html` for the interactive model. `apartment-model.glb` is the full-height 3D export for other 3D applications (GLB coordinates use meters). `model-data.json` holds the editable geometry; `dimension-schedule.csv` compares source labels with traced reference spans. The local viewer was checked in a browser: isometric/top views, cut/full walls, room selection, dimension comparison, and source-plan display. No browser errors were reported. The GLB structure and full-height model bounds were checked separately. The HZplan web view requires sign-in in the current browser; its geometry solver accepted the corrected plan and fixture placement without errors.

## Scale and interpretation

The user confirmed that printed dimensions are centimeters. All modeled dimensions are millimeters (printed value × 10). The main calibration uses the central printed 1165 length (11,650 mm) and 400 width (4000 mm); horizontal calibration also anchors readable local room widths. The uploaded photograph differs from the filename and some dimensions in the original request. For example, the middle-left room reads 265 × 320 cm and the far-right room reads 316 × 319 cm.

Room bounds in the data are trace reference spans, not exact clear finished dimensions between wall faces. Calibration fits selected labels but cannot make all photographed lines and dimensions agree: incomplete dimension chains, uncertain dimension endpoints and raster distortion remain unresolved. Agreement with calibration anchors is not independent proof of accuracy.

## Visible discrepancies

Values are rounded to the nearest millimeter. Delta = traced reference span minus source label. These are comparisons of stored reference bounds, not a tolerance assessment of finished rooms.

| Space | Source W × D (mm) | Trace W × D (mm) | Delta W / D (mm) |
|---|---:|---:|---:|
| R1 Upper-left room | 3160 × 3150 | 3160 × 3071 | +0 / -79 |

**Bathroom 4 needs clarification:** the source label is 2880 mm wide, while the traced full-region bounds are approximately 4380 mm wide. This major mismatch is retained visibly rather than presented as accurate; the endpoints of the 288 dimension must be confirmed before dimensional refinement.

## Included and assumed

- Four bathroom areas plus one separate WC; two central storage/utility rooms are not counted as bathrooms. Kitchen/utility counters, sinks, toilets, bidets and cupboards follow the visible outlines; fixture types remain interpretive where symbols are ambiguous.
- Two bottom-edge entrances are shown. They may indicate adjoining dwellings; the reconstruction does not establish legal unit boundaries.
- Wall height: 2800 mm. Door head: 2100 mm. Window sill/head: 900/2300 mm. Balcony guard height: 1050 mm. All are modeling assumptions, absent from the supplied plan.
- Wall thicknesses, exact opening extents, glazing type and top-projection enclosure are provisional. The balcony perimeter is traced, not fully constrained by a closed set of dimensions.

## Saved plan export

The exported plan is in plan-export.svg; structured geometry is in plan-data.json. Both are provisional, uncalibrated review materials.
